SGI may share information with affiliated companies as permitted by law and as appropriate to support services provided to clients or SGI’s business operations. Affiliates receiving personal information are required to maintain its confidentiality and protect it in accordance with applicable law.
No Opt-Out Required for Our Sharing Practices
Because SGI does not disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law, our current information-sharing practices do not require us to provide an opt-out right under Regulation S-P.
Former Clients
If you cease to be an SGI client, we will continue to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect client information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal information is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate business purposes.
